Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by Telaron Labs Pty Ltd ("Telaron"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Telaron provides a multi-cloud networking fabric comprising a SaaS control plane and an open-source gateway data plane. The gateway data plane is made available under the Apache License 2.0; your use of that component is also governed by its licence.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, for the configuration you deploy, and for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.

Community is free. Paid plans are billed per gateway as described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may change or cancel your plan at any time.

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where a separate service-level agreement applies. Service-level commitments are available on Enterprise plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telaron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
